Hughes carpet cleaning expert, Laurent, did an excellent job. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him back next time I need a service.

Hughes did an exceptional job cleaning carpets and upholstery. Technician arrived on time and worked within the estimated time frame. My carpets look brand new and the furniture smells so clean. I have added Hughes to the recommended vendor list in my neighborhood.

Kyle not only explained to us what needed to be done but how he was gonna do it and he was extremely cautious to make sure the products were good for our carpet and floors.

Exceptional service and craftsmanship! Hughes Dry Professional Carpet Cleaning went above and beyond for us. I accidentally used the wrong cleaner on our high end office carpet, which caused significant bleaching. Kyle came out and completely restored the damaged area by re-dyeing it and the results are unbelievable. It looks as if nothing ever happened.
Kyle was professional, communicative, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. He explained what he was going to do, delivered exactly what he promised, and provided truly outstanding customer service. We’re incredibly impressed with the quality of the repair and will absolutely be referring Hughes Dry to others, as well as using them for future carpet cleaning and any additional services they offer.
Customer service at its BEST, highly recommend!!
